Introductory Duet Pilates Session
Take your first Pilates lesson at Amy T Pilates with a friend or family member.
Duet Pilates Session
A 55-minute Pilates duet lesson with a circuit or rotational flow through seven pieces of equipment. Share the fun, learning and cost with a friend.
Private Virtual Pilates Lesson
This lesson is for the experienced Pilates student who wishes to take a virtual Pilates lesson from the comfort of their home. We can do a Mat lesson or one using Pilates equipment if you possess a Tower, Chair or Reformer.
